Are you ready for the new solar simulator norm?

IEC 60904-9 defines performance requirements for solar simulators. The norm provides instructions for the measurements of PV modules and classifies simulators as A+, A, B, or C based on criteria for spectral match, irradiance uniformity and temporal stability. On September 18, the third edition of the norm will be published and includes changes in the definition of the classifications and in the measurement procedures.

We are inviting you to our webinar on September 23 in which we will present in detail the updates of the norm and discuss how the new edition affects the classification of different types of solar simulators. The session will be held 3 times at 8:00 am, 2:00 pm and 8:30 pm Central European Summer Time (CEST) on the same day.

Speaker:

Stefan Roest

CTO and co-founder of Eternal Sun

Member of IEC 60904-9 revision team
