Health Visits

Hundreds of our solar simulators are used by PV module manufacturers and test labs in over 40 countries worldwide. If you are one of them, you probably have equipment running for several years now. Our older models, like the 3500SLP or the 4600SLP, are running for more than a decade now without major issues. We provide health visits for these critical machines.

Customer Service

The importance of having sun simulators with no downtime is invaluable. We understand the cost associated with downtime and the value associated with 100% up time. Our on-site service support and simulator calibration offerings are available to support equipment for operation at maximum efficiency and to minimize downtime and costs that could negatively affect business. On-site service availability by our trained field service engineers is available in addition to technical support.

Calibration

Confidence in their measurement accuracy is key for our customers. Therefore we offer on-site services and calibration. These services are offered to support equipment for operation at maximum efficiency and to minimize downtime and costs that could negatively affect business. On-site support and calibration are available through different options. It is offered as an additional service to technical phone and e-mail support. A customer’s requirements may require having one of our trained technical engineers on-site at the factory.

At Eternalsun Spire we understand the uniqueness and individual needs of each customer. A global network of technical support engineers is responsible for in-warranty issues, technical assistance, on-site troubleshooting and providing special maintenance assistance.
